It's Monday again! I love the start of new weeks! I usually hate Monday's but today im going to take a stab and start off on the right foot!
This week I plan on eating on target, and getting in my exercise everyday but Saturday.
Everything is still going great, im pumped and im ready to take any challenge!
Yesturday, I said I was going to go running, and guess what?! I did! I ran a whopping 4 miles!!!! Not even I could believe it! This is what my Nike Said after I was done.

Pace: 9:28/mi
Calories: 482
Whooohoo!!! My running is getting a whole lot better, it took some time but I ran four miles without stopping like I usually would of had to done in the past. I remember I could run for maybe a mile and have to walk and then be too tired to finish running. This proves to me that we can do anything, we have to work hard and not quit!!!!
Today I plan on going to my spinning class and run a mile. I hope im not too sore. I woke up this morning a little sore.
Oh and I need to and want to start weight training, why oh why is it so hard for me to do weight training, lol. Anyone else have these problems?

I have a terrible time weight training too. First, I just think its down right slow and boring. Second my upper body has zero strength. Third, even though my upper body has no strenght I put on muscle like a football player so I hate to even try until I lose some lbs.
I still dont love monday but I have to say after all the temptations faced during the weekend, Mondays are a relief to get back to planned/schedule meals and snacks.
Awesome job on the weight loss! Your before/after pictures are unbelievable!
I just use the ww smoothie, Caramel Latte, with 1 cup of water, warmed. Mmmmmmm delish. It is easy. I made 140.6!!! Yea!!! I am so excited. This week I am going to try and do some exercise. You are doing awesome on your exercise. You go girl.
Funny you feel bad because you're not doing enough weight training: I feel bad because I'm doing enough running (none, actually). Perhaps you could do a DVD which uses light weights - that's what I've been doing. Plus you get some cardio out of it. Since you go to a gym, you could always see a trainer about making a weight training plan for you. Strap on an MP3 player and you'll be all set! Good luck.
That's awesome 4 miles!! I hope I get to be as good as you! Keep it up! I have the sane problem with weight training.. let me know if you find a solution ;)

YAY!!! DOUBLE YAY!!! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU AND PROUD OF YOU...DID YOU THINK A YEAR AGO YOU WOULD BE RUNNING 4 MILES...I DON'T THINK I COULD EVEN IMAGINE RUNNING 1 MILE...BUT YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU ARE AWESOME! HAVE A TERRIFIC TUESDAY!
