Gotta Run

I plan on running and making up for all my missed runs this week. I got so wrapped into my Spinning classes that I forgot about my running. Dont cry! I plan on running four miles today. *cross my fingers*. Im pooped, all I want to do is take a long, long nap. However im going to get running.

I got some new running shorts, super excited since I tried on a size L and they were falling off!!! I tried on a M and they fit perfectly. Im slowly winning this race. There is no rush for me to get done at a certain time, im taking it slow and steady. After all they say that the slow and steady win the race.

This week has been good, kinda went on a splurge day on Friday, but other than that eating has been normal and I have exercised 6 days this week!!!!!!!!!

Excited to start a new week tommorow, I used to hate them but now I  them!

Im off to run, everyone have a wonderful Sunday!

Spin class

I've never been brave enough to try the spin class at the gym I am a member of.  I cancelled my membership but it isn't completely done until April sometime, I think. Maybe I'll go try one.

Good luck on your run today.  Running is hard!!  You going outside or on a treadmill?  Outside is much harder, in my opinion.

Spin Class

Please prepare me for the spin class...We are going to one this week. I take it you like it, if you are forgetting about running! I was able to look back into your blogs this weekend and saw the updated pics. I think you look great! I am determined girl to get to the goal! We are going to the gym again tonight when I get home from class. I am sore sore sore this morning. I am going to stretch it out, hopefully it will help!
