BRRRR! It's so cold outside! Im sorry but 38 degrees is freezing for me, thats because im a baby when it comes to cold weather! I just want it to get warm, so I can feel toasty and warm inside :)
Today I start training so I can run better. I plan on running every other day, I plan on increasing each week with distance so by the end of my 16 weeks I can run long distances. I want to improve on my speed as well, but one thing at a time! Super excited to start running, I love it. I love the feeling after I run, and the best part is I can run! I never thought I could. I just have to start small.
Im going to continue counting calories and I have decided that my weigh in will be on the 15th of Feb. That gives me one month of healthy eating and exercising. Lets see what happens. Im just hoping I have dropped something, lol.
Last night I started to think to myself maybe my happy weight is 150. It remember when I was 135 and it was so hard for me to maintain that weight. I literally had to stick to my calories and exercising was a must. Im happy with my eating, its clean and im on target and my exercising is only 30 minutes a day. We will have to see. Im not putting any pressure to lose a bunch of weight by a certain time because it never works for me.
Okay im off, enough of my rambles!
Happy Tuesday! And happy voting!!!

Happy Weight!
I agree. If it's too hard to maintain, it's just not worth it. Besides, you look great at 150!
... is an awfully tiny number for someone as tall as you. I'm sure you look and feel much better at 150. It's all about being happy in the skin you're in!
Love the background! I love all your backgrounds! I think you just have to do what is comfy for you and what works. Talk about crazy weather. Yesterday it was 80 today it 40 something? Keep warm and have a great rest of the day!

Burrrr!
Yeah, I've been so cold too! And this is AZ cold, imagine a cold state cold, I definitely couldn't handle it!
I'm glad you're enjoying running! I've got a 13 miler scheduled for next weekend, maybe you can join me for a few miles of it. we can go your pace. Check out http://www.azroadrunners.org/ for some local races you should try shooting for. At the end of your 16 week plan there is the Cinco de Mayo run which is fun or maybe try the Race for the Cure 5k in April.
Yeah, maybe 150 is your happy weight. 135 sounds like it's hard for your body to maintain without being extremely strict with diet and exercise. And like beaang said, 135 is a bit tiny for your frame. Just find the weight that doesn't feel like a struggle everyday, a place where you are happy of what your body can do and how your body feels.

38 degrees??? It was 81 yesterday! Shorts and tanks all the way! I am back to the gym and running. The gym is 1.5 miles from our house and I decided we are going to run to the gym and home and lift weights at the gym. save on gas too! as far as 135 versus 150, you stick to where you are comfortable at. Forget those numbers, where do you feel like you?
