Eh so im not too creative with the Title for my entries but thats okay. I have been eating well for the past couple of days! I was getting to my breaking point of getting back into my old eating habits. Thankfully the holidays are over and I can get back on track with my eating and exercising. Im currently visiting my parents in Taos, NM. Very beautiful up here, there is alot of snow and frankly im still not used to the fact that I have to bundle up layers and layers or my tush will freeze. Not to mention I have become very aware of ice because long and behold I have slipped too many times, and im tired of falling down!
This is a picture before we went skining. Which for me was a first! I had lots of fun and boy was it cold!!!It was lots of fun. Other than that I have been having fun and well trying to relax. Its really hard when you have your sisters kids screaming at their throats and fighting for every single thing, but other than that its nice to get away.
My goals for this month are to get back into eating healthier and to try and eat out less. Yes I know its hard to give up eating out but hopefully I can cut down as much as I can. It will be good on my waist and wallet! I go back home on Sunday and on Monday morning im going to join Gold's Gym!Im super excited!!! Cant wait to get back into a gym and start new and fresh. Im really excited about their body pump classes!
Okay before I make this a novel, I better get going. Im going to exercise on my parents stairs. Hopefully I can get a good thirty minute work out going up and down, lol.
Wednesday goal: To not eat what the kids dont finish!!
Have a good Wednesday!!!!!

GOLLY GOSH
Great Golly Gosh I can't believe your Feb '06 and May '07 pictures!
I reall am inspired by you and how fabulous you look! I know EP has a lot of members but it is fantastic that I have stumbled across your blog as just in seeing your pics has given me so much inspiration.
Really you have lost over 83lbs! I am stunned, absolutely stunned. What a wonderful gift to yourself.
I know you are at your goal weight but still wanted to wish you every success in whatever you do.
Do you see this as a life-long change in your diet and exercise? Did you like exercising before you lost all that weight. That is the problem I am having I simply don't know how to and hate exercising so any tips would be gratefully received.
Have a great time in NM with all that snow! And I'm sure you'll love Gold's Gym (which one?), I heard they'll be 24 hours now. I am also trying to eat out less both for weight loss and financial reasons too. Maybe we can get together for a workout or maybe each bring a homemade lunch and just talk. Email me when you're back in Tucson.

Hey Alexia!
Wowowowow, you look great!! Can I ask you how long it took you to go from 230lbs to 150lbs? What kind of exercide did you do? I can see that you lost even more weight after that, did you find that your body was more stable and easier to maintain at 150lbs? I am so motivated just looking at your pictures. I look pretty much like you did (and a little more so) in your before picture and I can't wait to look like your after!
NM is such a beautiful state! Your goals sound great! I just went to the gym today for the firs time in at least 4 months. It welcomed me with open arms. I haven't felt this good in a while. The body pump class sounds great I can't wait to hear all about it!
