Listened to the weather this morning....91 degrees! Can we say toast?! We are supposed to get to 100 by the end of this weekend. EEK! Actually I would rather be warm than frozen!
Woke up this morning at 5:55?! I need to start having mental talks not only with my computer but with myself as well! Actually I really don't mind waking up this early. Im not used to it but it's been happening for the past week or two and im not even tired. Odd, but I will take it!
For the past week or two, I have closed the kitchen and I have stopped myself from eating after nine. Im not saying that I starve myself but I have programmed my body to not eat after nine. After lots of thinking I thought it would be good for me and my body to not eat so late and right before bed time. Im not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing? What do you think, after nine okay? Or not?
Every diet needs some wiggle room. Im sure you have heard or seen this commercial! Well after hating jello for so many years and I never understood what the big deal was about a huge chunk of cold stuff I have to admit I LOVE IT!!! I literally eat jello all the time! Best part of all its only 10 calories a tub so guess what, im wiggling myself happy! I have to say if you are craving something sweet, I would dive into one of these instead of snacking on oh maybe baked chocolate chip cookies!
Alrighty im off!!!!
SKINNY VIBES TO EVERYONE!!!!!

Evening snacks
Personally, I don't eat anything after supper. I'll have a cup of green tea before bed, but that's it. I hear you're supposed to stop eating 2-3 hours before bedtime. That's why they call the first meal of the day "breakfast", you're supposed to break the fast. Cool, eh?
I think that you should do whatever works for you. I think it's good to at least have a night time snack. That can keep your blood sugar levels regulated and get you ready for the "fast". Anytime your body goes without food for 12 hours or more, it goes into storage mode. So, that's why a nighttime snack is good. My theory is just to stick to what works, though. Good luck!
Well look at you. Whatever you doing is working so stick to it. I don't eat after 7pm. I'm going to have to get me some jello!! Keep up the good work!! You look so awesome!!
I don't eat after 8:00. I mean it makes sense because when you begin to rest and relax for the day your body can't burn off all of those things that you ate late at night. However, I was reading somewhere...and I didn't know this but when you sleep you burn 90 calories an hour. Isn't that amazing? I love Jello too! Especially the strawberry kind. Sometimes I get those south beach diet meals and it comes with a small cup of jello. mmmmm so good!! They also have these new south beach diet meals I saw the other day with like fiesta taco salad type things and something else. They only had like 250 calories in them..and they always come with jello! =]
I think not eating after 9 is a great idea... and thats exactly what I do! Even if I am hungry, or my stomach is growling... it's ok to be hungry! I just had a look at your pics! You are doing awesome.. The most recent one is amazing you are so "tiny"
School is finally out now I am back to the blogging world I've missed keeping up with you! and remember. Just wriggle it!

Eating close to bedtime...
I don't think that diet wise it makes much difference to me.
I would say that I sleep better when I'm not "stuffed to the gills", so a gap between eating and bedtime is good for me.
However, we do tend to eat late and go to bed late, and thereby eat breakfast later .. so what do I know!!
Whatever you've done, has definitely worked, you look awesome :)
