Hello everyone!!!! Im so sorry it has been a long time since I have last updated! Wowzers! The last time I updated was on Friday! Bad Alexia! That will not happen again, I promise! I miss you all and Im sorry for not being on here since Friday, wow I guess time does really fly by!
Okay so on Friday, family arrived and we all stayed at my sister’s house, it was a huge slumber party! After we got everyone settled and what not, all the girls went to Wal-mart to get last minute things we needed for Saturday and Easter. It was midnight and they were dragging my butt to Wal-mart. My mother had more energy than I did! All I wanted to do was be pushed around however and I don't know how this happened, but I got this zap of energy and all of a sudden im ready to take on Wal-mart! I was zipping through making sure we were getting what we needed and not what we didn't need. To make things short we arrived at home around 1:30 in the morning. I was tired, I plopped in the floor and slept. Woke up the next morning, wondering why I made the smart choice of sleeping on the floor. I felt like a piece of solid concrete. Stiff and sore!
On Saturday, we woke up early to go to my sister's kids baseball games and that was fun. It just made me think about how much I would love to try baseball. It just looks so much fun. After watching two baseball games, we headed to breakfast. and from there I fell, literally downhill! What happened to my theory of thinking about exercise?! Ha, I threw that out the door. Golly gee whiz, going to mexican food for breakfast is not a smart idea! After that, I tried to make better food choices but it didn't go smooth, as I expected.
On Easter Sunday we went to a park and had a barbeque, I was excited. We were going to have a easter egg hunt for all the kids, as well as we brought kites and frisbes to play with. I was having so much fun. Food was good, there was hot dogs, hamburgers, potato salad etc. Alot of yummy food! After playing in the park and attempting to play baseball (note to self, never wear a dress when playing baseball) and getting hit countless times, I wassad to see it all end. Everyone went home and it was time to get back to the weekly grind.
After everyone went home, I was eating dinner like usual, and out of nowhere, I got these pains like stomach flu pains. It was so painful. I couldn't breathe, and I felt like someone was pushing my stomach in really hard. After a couple hours soon to find out my TOM stopped bye. I hope this doesn't happen each time now. I have noticed that each month its something new with my TOM.
Sorry for being M.I.A. This will never happen again! I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend and I hope that everyone's week is going well!! I promise to check on everyone, I missed you all!!!! Thank you for everyone who checked up on me! I love you all!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week! Talk to ya soon!
Never ever give up! Keep up going no matter what!
P.S. I have been using my jump rope everyday, and im glad to say I have not quit, even after tripping myself like 60,000 times! haha! Im going to make it to 20!!!

Sounds like you had
Sounds like you had a really great Easter weekend! I'm glad you're back, I was worried LOL yes, I know I am a worry wart. You are gonna be a pro at jumping rope in no time, watch-- in a couple of weeks you'll be getting offers to start an olympic team! :o) You sound like you had the best time with your family! Yeah for family Holidays !! I hope that you have a great Thursday!!!
Look like some people miss you while you were gone, even me. You sure had a nice family time during Easter. I'm looking forward to seeing my family up north next Wednesday for 12 days. 12 scary days of eating too!
That's strange about your TOM. Maybe next time you go for your annual pap smear, you may want to want to mention it to your doctor, just to see if it means anything. Try to drink more water and maybe some tylenol to help the pain. I believe sometimes when we lose weight, certain viruses in our body become activated that has been sitting around dormant for a while because our body is becoming healthy and our immune system is fighting whatever toxic is left in our body.
Good luck on the jump rope. I'll probably be doing that with my daughter in 2 or 3 years. :)
Sometimes it gets in the way. It's okay that you've been MIA. We understand.
It sounds like you had a lot of fun! YAY! But, I'm sure you're back on track now. Maybe you didn't do as bad as you think you did. Even so, you had fun, it's over, move on.
Well I'm happy you're back, I was worried as well. I told my husband you've been MIA and he immediately went to the worst case senario "Does she have a boyfriend," thinking it could have been a bad stalker violence situation. I'm so happy it wasn't! I just figured you were busy with family and school.
Forget about the downhill of the weekend and move forward. I'm sure it didn't make your weight fluctuate that much at all. Keep up that jump rope!

Fun Family Times
Hey Alexia, its cool to let your restrictions down sometime and just have a go at what you really want to eat. You won't be eating like that for the week, so it's no big deal! I'm glad you had a great time with your family, isn't it just great to hang with your people? I love doing that too. Unfortunately, I didn't chill out with my family this year b/c of my sciatica situation, but then there's always the next holiday!
Kudos for you for jumping rope. That is great cardio!
I'm glad you had a great weekend! Sounded like fun! Sometimes family is trouble, but I don't know what I'd do without them! I was looking through your pictures again and you really are an inspiration for me. Your highest weight was where I am now. I CAN NOT even begin to imagine me at 160lbs let alone 146! You have done amazing!
Yes... we missed our Miss Alexia! Glad you had a great time with your family!! Good job with the jump rope (personally can't do that right now LOL).... hey, the TOM thing could be weight loss induced?? Hope things stay manageable for you....
TOM is not our friend! I hope you are feeling better with your pain, it sounds aweful! I have had new problems when my TOM starts, too. Nothing quite so painful but still enough to make me wonder what the deal is.
Sounds like you had a really great Easter with the family! Your body will forgive you for eating yummy foods over the weekend. It was a special occasion and you probably didn't do as badly as you think.
Itsn't it good to spend time with family when you don't have a lot of time to do so? I've been talking to my mom and my sisters more lately, and I feel like I'm more connected to them. My 21-year old sister needs the contact the most. (She's got a few problems).
Good job on the determination on the jump rope! I hate jumping rope because I'm such a klutzy thing! I never got a hang of it, not even when I was a kid!
I will post a picture of my backyard when it's 100% done for the summer. I'm still working on talking Dave into letting me plant things like clematis and other neat vines against the fence. I"ve also bought some really neat copper solar lights for the flower beds. It's starting to look like a nice place to hang out for hours.
