157.2!!!!! That's down 7.8 pounds!

Confirmation that I am doing what I need to do to lose weight and I feel great!  Time to celebrate with some exercise and a good week of eating properly.... and the water...don't forget the water!

I have an appointment for my employment authorization document next Friday so hope to be down 4 more pounds when the job search starts beginning of April.  Think it would be a real confidence boost.

That's a great loss!! Good luck with the EAD! As far as finding a job you might have a look at Monster.com. That's what my hubby used and found one with in 3 weeks of getting his greencard. We didn't get the EAD because we used a pilot program in Dallas.

I saw the Bigelows Vanilla Chai Tea, but opted for just plain vanilla. I will have to get the Chai next time I go!

Hi GoGirl!

I only do about 20 to 30 minutes of yoga at night before bedtime. I do my favorite stretches from what I remember in class when I was in college and yoga books. When I breathe, I think about my belly blowing up when I breathe in and then it flattens when I breathe out.

I tried to do them every night but there are some nights when I am really tired and just crashes into bed. I'm okay for 2 nights and then I need to get back to stretching.

I do my workouts during the day and sometimes I stretch after my workouts. It doesn't have to be an hour long, even 10 minutes will do.  Sometimes I do some stretches in front of the tv while the commericals are on. I'm very flexible about doing yoga stretches and try to sneak in some during the day here and there.

8 pounds is great! The water part is such a huge thing. Sometimes I have to remind myself to drink it, not just look at it.

Golfing

Our golf course (private) is open year round, UNLESS there is snow on the ground. Which we had lots of this year. We start posting 4/1 but I know the course has been open for the past month.
