Day 1 - It's not just about exercise?
Excited to join today.
I've been trying to lose weight since the beginning of February by going to the gym. 26 days later and no change on the scale..... I have been unbelievably tired and starving. I know that muscle weighs more than fat, but I am surprised I haven't lost any weight. I must be eating everything I burn off. I hope tracking everything on this site will help...
