Fat Photos

Got my hubby to take some 'Fat Photos' of me today, so now i can (hopefully) compare my progress, will aim to take matching photos on the 16th of each month and see if i can notice a difference that way....

Not much more to say today, Weigh in tommorow morning...

Feeling happy

I am over my little rant now....still didnt manage to eat all my points yesterday and now its 9:45pm and i still have 8 points left again....lol...im so poo at dieting...

Anyway, took my son out today and he was hungry so i bought him a snack, it was the most amazing chocolate cupcake covered in frosting...YUM! and i didnt have any.....I did lick my fingers after i had cut it up and had frosting all over...(and may i say it was absolutely delish!) but that was it...i looked, i longed, but the fact that it was probably about 1000 points put me off...

Roll on Friday and the moment of truth...

 

Not enough

Im doing it again!!!!

I always do this....I start weight watchers and get a whopping points allowance of 28 points per day! yesterday i had 23.5 points, and today at almost 9pm i have 11 points left...only eaten 17 points!!!!!!!

Now, when i actually had time to attend a WW meeting...before i ran my own, more than time consuming business, i used to do this and then i wouldnt lose weight and the WW leader would say that it was because i hadnt eatne enough

So, do i eat some more points at 9pm....and go to bed all full! or do i not eat anymore and wake up at 2am ravenous....

argh.................I hate diets....roll on friday and weigh day...i need some results!

am follwing WW at home diet and yesterday i couldnt eat all my points, im allowed 28 but only had 23.5 points...

Been a very good girl today so far and am quite enjoying being in control, I let myself get a bit too hungry before lunch, but only because i was out and about, normally i would have grabbed a Maccy D's or something! but today i came home and made a healthy lunch

Was reading my eating out guide today too....and i cannot belive how many points there are in a Tuna sub from subway! WHAT is going on there then....argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And so it begins

So, i have made a firm decision (again ) to lose weight.  I have lost about 13lbs over the past year and then it all stopped,

I am now 30 years old (almost 30 and a half ) and i am still battling with weight, I always think that you dont have long in life to be able to wear all the high street fashion, without looking a complete hound, so i want to lose the weight and be trendy while i can.

and for my 3 year old son i want to be a 'YUMMY MUMMY'

so....here we go!
