Stayed the same...Whoop Whoop!

Well, i weighed this morning and have stayed at 195lbs....surely not something to be proud of BUT i havent gained!!! So im happy as larry to be honest.

Maybe it was the Christmas shopping miles i walked yesterday! am back on track this morning though, sat here with my cup of Hot Lemon and a brekky bar!!! Need some good breakfast ideas if anyone has any, something low fat but substantial enough to keep me going until Lunch, lots of protein etc etc etc...oh and very quick as i try and stay in bed until the last possible second before i drag myself out....

UGH!
I was doing soooooo bloody well
Got up and had my hot lemon drink and a brkky bar (2pts)
for lunch i managed to drag everyone to Applebees and had a lunch which equaled 11 pts, for dinner i had bought a fresh roasted chicken (no skin) and was going to have veggies and cous cous!
THEN....
while still shopping for dinner i got an emergency work call and i got all stressed, had to deal with the problem with an over tired and hungry 3 year old in tow!!! Problem got sorted and then i was left feeling stressed and so bought a 6 pack of bud light!
Its now 8:35pm and i have binged on chicken (not so bad) with fresh crusty bread, 3 mini snickers bars and am on my 2nd beer.........

I ALWAYS turn to food!!!! I know i shouldnt, i know its wrong...i even try to talk myself out of it....BUT I STILL DO IT

Feeling good

Day 2 back on the diet!

Woke up to hot water and lemon juice (really does start to grow on you after a while y'know), had a small banana (2pts) and a brekky bar (2pts)
For lunch i took my son to Chik-Fil-A because he loves the play place there, but i just had a grilled chicken sandwich (5pts) oh...and i stole 2 of his fries so lets call it 7 pts in total...
Eaten a load of fresh baby carrots today as snacks, kept them in the car to stop my craving crap and it seems to have worked.
already feeling less bloated....lets hope i can last it out!!!

Day 3 in the big blogger house

Ok, i started today...Yippppe

Hot water and fresh squeezed lemon juice when i got up (supposed to help burn fat and detox the body)

Kellogs brekky bar for brekky = 2points

Salad from Perkins for lunch...= couldnt count it, but would imagine no more than 10 points (i hope)

Grilled chicken, small serving of rice, peas, sprouts and brocolli for dinner = 7points ish

16oz no fat latte from barnies while doing some xmas shopping tonight.

Total = 22points, and only 2 diet sodas today, tried to replace with lots of water, but i truly do get withdrawals from my diet coke addiction  will try and kick that habit when i get the dieting on a roll.

Am happy with today

Day 2 in the Big Blogger House

Ok, I ate all sorts of naughty things last night and drank far too much beer which gave me a hangover....Ugh (was Light beer...lol)

So today I have been for a marathon walk as the weather was just PERFECT! I had bran flakes for breakfast, then i stole some of my sons cheese pizza...(ooops) and then had a 6" sub for early tea from subway!

Just been to work and am knackered, so having to eat late!!! argh!!!! it all just goes wrong doesnt it...

My friend came to the party last night and he has lost 50lbs and looks amazing!!! all he did was cut down on carns thru the day and not eat after 9pm....

starting tomorow....for real...im motivated...im ready...Lets Go!!!

Day 1 in the BIG BLOGGER HOUSE

Emma is feeling fat and bloated....should she wear her cossie and get in the pool with everyone else....or should she loot the choccy box while no one is looking??????????

Big fat cow that I am...

its all back on tomorow!!! argh!!! i need to lose weight, i feel down and uncomfortable....having guests for a party tonight, so have to wait until tomorow....I just hope i can do it, my willpower has taken the plane home i think...My skinny gorgeous hubby loves me just as I am, so why cant I???

Im quite fit for my weight, can run without getting breathless, i dont like vegging out infront of the sofa, i like to be active!! so why arent i skinny hey???

I bought some new clothes and am a US size 14...want to be a US size 12 for xmas and my long term goal is to be a perfect 10!!!!

will log on tomorow with my list of goals for the coming month.....

What is going on????????

am hating the IBS, i feel so bloated and once TOM came along i got a really bad upset tummy!

Feel bloated and full and uncomfortable, hopefully TOM is on the way out and i can get back to it properly, have been drinking lots of Fresh squeezed lemon and hot water and trying to make healthy choices, so once TOM goes i shouldnt have gained.....should I???

 

who knows....will weigh Friday and do the walk of shame!

Im Back

Well, its been a crap couple of weeks, My mum had a breast cancer scare but thankfully the lump is benign, I have been diagnosed with IBS and my cat has died ! So i have eaten crap!

I started being good again last week and weighed this morning and its a 2lb gain, actually not bad for the amount of crap ive been stuffing in my face...lol

Have done a healthy shop and the weather is cooling off nicely so ive got quite a few walks in...Ive had my hair cut and eyuebrows waxed to give me a bit of a boost....

so im back and im ready to kick some fat ass.........lol

RIGHT!

Ive had a week off and feel awful, bloated, sluggish, fat, tired etc etc

TOM was due yesterday and hasnt turned up BUT my pms has gone so it is obviously due! Starting tomorow, got lots of things in and lots of excercise planned!

Didnt weigh myself on Friday as i can tell i have gained, so hopefull if im good all week i will still have a small loss by next friday...

Fingers crossed.....and GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
