Day 11. No budge on the scale still. =(

Today was a good day despite not seeing even the slightest budge on the scale. Almost didn't go to the gym today but I thought I would to see if maybe if I change up on the type of cardio I do the scale may move in my favor tomorrow morning (wishiful thinking).
 
Other than that, I ate within my calorie allowance, drunk tons of water and worked out for about 45 mins today. I'm still proud of myself because I am 3 days away from being 14 days STRONG on my healthy lifestyle change. And for 2 weeks 19lbs. down thus far is not bad at all. I'm getting in the "zone". Nite =)

Hey... Your doing great! I dont know exactly how much Im losing.. i dont feel the difference yet. Your lucky cause u get to go to the gym... Im working 2 jobs right now and any extra time I want to give to my kids... but your doing awsome!!! keep it up

19lb in 2 weeks is AMAZING!!!

Honestly, a maintain after a loss like that is FAB!!

Your body has to readjust to it's new routine, so don't be surprised if the scales stay the same for a few more days.

Keep with it though - they will jump down again once your body is ready to deal with losing!!

(I lost 8lb in week 1 & then maintained for 2 weeks before losing 7lb again in week 4). Since then, my scales have been going in the right direction each week.

Don't lose sight of the goal if you don't seem to be making much progress xx
