Yay, i am here, back in Istanbul, great... My sister is planning to get married next month, so it is very crowded here, plans and everything. I was very tired yesterday looking at wedding gowns and everything. I have to be 116lbs before the wedding. So anyway i'll write again later. cu all xxx

Ok, I have to ask...how did you do it?!? I see you started at 142, and are down to 119. That is awesome!!! I am 138, and want to get down to 118 (pretty similar to you!) so I need some tips! I cut calories, but alfter a while, I'm eating under 1000/day (right now, I'm at 1150, and I lower it as I lose weight) I'm bad with exercise (I hate it!) but I knwo if necessary. Tell me, what did you do and do you have any advice for me!?
