my new veg box
Although i said that i wont be able to log in until next week couldnt help it cause my fresh veg basket arrived. It is amazing, this is a whole new veg box, that can be ordered online and is totaly organic. Every week [or whatever the period is] they are sending these fresh vegetables that have just been planted from the field. It is amazing though i don't even know some of the vegs inside. Every box contains different stuff and it is totally a suprise. U dont really know what u ll get before getting it. I was fed up with the money i was giving to veg although they r not even organic. When one of my friends advised this system i quite liked the idea. I think i'll get a big box every other week which can be quite enough both for me and for another try since we are now living at the same house. Yippe. New house, new system =]

Hello from Liverpool
Hello.. thank you for posting in my blog.. I have never did anything like this before... it was my daughter from NY that introduced me to this. It is fun. I was reading your post about recieving organic veggies, where do you order them from? I have a small back yard and I am able to grow a few things myself.. I grow all my own salad leaves ( very easy and anyone can do this) , tomatoes, peppers, corn. potatoes, all my own fresh herbs. I love growing things. Can you tell I grew up on a vegetable farm in upstate NY!!! I have been living in Liverpool for just over 3 years now.. I married the pumpkin man ( my husbands nickname) in 2003. We live in a lovely village of Woolton. Anyways.. it was noce to have you write to me. Thank you.
PS.. you are doing VERY WELL with your weight loss... keep up the good work.

Running
I am definitely not a runner, myself, but it's a goal that I have so I have started it! Apparently by December 15th I'll be running 10 miles at a time. I'm not sure about that!!
You said the hat definitely suits me, but in which picture? :) I tried to pick a before and after shot that were kind of at the same angle so that it's easier to compare.
You seem to be doing well with your weight loss! Though, I'm not savy with the kg - lbs. conversion!

Hey someone else from the UK!
Hi there. I live in the Midlands...I'm on a veg box scheme, too. I use River Nene. My next veg box is arriving today. It's got beetroot in this week! I'd only ever seen a beetroot in a jar before I got them in a veg box a few weeks ago. I tried roasting them according to a recipe from Jamie Oliver. That was pretty good. This time I am going to make soup with them. What sort of interesting stuff did you get in yours this time?
