Finally started to loose wight
You know what they say, do not eat the last 4 hours before you go to sleep which is fair I guess. But now I have a baby, who wakes up very early, I can not stand after 10pm. I have to go to sleep. And sleeping at 10, and arriving home from work at 7pm and eat around 7:30ish means I am sleeping right after dinner.
I guess this was the weakest chain at my diet. So I stopped eating after 6pm which seems like a wise decision at the moment. I finally started to loose weight. yay =].
And one more suggestion, if you, like me, do not have the time for exercise, WALK UP the stairs. Don't use the lift (or elevator, maybe I should say =]). It helps.

EMMM I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM
I eat late too! I don't have as good an excuse as you though.
I am not a great cook and don't particularly enjoy cooking, my problem is that my husband doesn't get home from work until 6.30/7pm so we eat after he gets in and I am usually in bed for 10pm!
I know this isn't ideal but for me to eat first means I have to cook twice - no way!
Good tip about walking up and down the stairs - I have been trying to do that but sometimes my body says take the escalator while my head says walk the stairs - it just depends who is in control at that particular time!

I know
Oh I know exactly what you mean. My husband arrives late too, and that means cooking twice. But you know what, it seems you r loosing anyway, so not a big problem. I guess all you have to do is eating very light in the evenings, no bread, rice or pasta. Vegetables and/or fruit I guess. But I see you lost around 22lbs which is great. Which means you can loose more if you want to.
My other problem is weekends. Being at home, very close to fridge makes it difficult not to eat. But since the weather started to feel like spring I take baby to a walk, which helps a lot.
And as for the stairs =] yeah, that happens to me all the time, the dilemma of the mind and body =]. What i do is, even if I am not walking all the way up to my floor, I walk for a floor or 2 and then take the elevator. 2 floors is better than zero, don t you think? =]
