Back in normal
So, i was right, it was probably water weight or something. I am back in the track today. I really am trying hard for my own conditions, walking as much as i can and being very careful with what i eat. I hope i will start to feel comfortable with myself soon. My problem is most of my weight is at my legs. I can't wear any skirts cause my two legs hurt each others skin in between. Any good ideas for that?

Hi!
That is wonderful about your walking and the 4.6 kg you've lost! Congratulations on that! It's going to pay off for you so much that you're being careful with what you're eating and getting walking in. Also, your picture is gorgeous. You look so healthy, firm and fit.
You asked if I was planning on doing any exercise. All I do right now is walk, and I've started walking 30 minutes a day, and later I'll try to get in an hour, at least on some days.
I think as you get closer to your goal, the skin-rubbing problem may go completely away. I have a good friend who wanted smaller thighs and legs, and a trainer told her to forget doing weight-training on her legs and just use a stationery or recumbent bike, or ride a regular bike outside and/or talk long walks. Last time I talked to her, she said that plan was working very well for her.
Thank you for your welcome and I hope you have a wonderful Monday!
All the best,
Sydney

Skirts!
I, too, have that problem....so, until I get thinner thighs I wear a pair of lycra shorts under my dresses and skirts. I hate panty hose, so this works...no more thighs rubbing together!
Good luck with your weight loss!
Cheers,
Shelley
