59 DAY CHALLANGE! - DAY 01
So today I am starting my 59 day challange with the inspiration of http://fiftyninedaychallenge.blogspot.com Last year, when I was on a diet, this woman inspired me a lot. And she managed her goal as well. Not only her goal, but also she is a good triathlon athlete now. So anyway. I decided to try it. My best friend will be in a challange too, which will make things easier, she is a good support.
So, my goal is to loose 14 kg (nearly 30lbs) and be 54kg (119lbs) again. Although it is such a difficult challange, which I might not be able to complete, it still will be rewarding. Every pound counts, right =p
So my short term goals are:
03 june - 65 kgs (143.3lbs)
25 june - 60 kgs (132.2lbs)
09 july - 56 kgs (123.4lbs)
16 july - 54 kgs (119.5lbs)
I am starting today with 69kgs (152.1 lbs)
Well, baby is crying so have to go.
