OK, I Am Back UP

I knew, I knew waking up this morning that my weigh-in was not going to be a positive one.  My weight has been fluctuating the past week, each time I weigh it varies so much that I have decided to not be ruled by the scale.  I sabotaged my weigh-in (knowingly) by wearing jeans.  I explained to my JCC about my difficult week and lack of exercise.  I ate out once but brought half my food home.

So, today is a NEW week.  I LOVE Mondays!  I feel good, I am ready to eat healthy, staying on plan.  I have set exercise goals for the week, and I am NOT going to let the scale have such an impact on me.

Great Attitude

Don't give up...and don't let the scale rule you...I can fluctuate 5-7 lbs over the course of the day!  You are doing great!

Next week...

... you'll be down for sure.  Just remember to leave the jeans at home, though (LOL)!  Keep up the great work and keep that motivation strong.  Have a wonderful day!!!!

Don't give up

Sorry about being up!!  I'm sure you will get it back off this week.  And, I'm sorry about your dog.  My dog has hip and knee problems, but she's an 11 year old dalmatian.  I think it's expected.  Still, it's hard to see them in pain.

Love your attitude!  Keep it up!  You are doing so great!  So what if you have a mini set back one week?  Big deal.  We are all in this for the long haul, right?

My JCC totally freaked on me and made me promise not to get a scale at home - she said do not do it - We should weigh ourselves 1 time a week and that is all. We should instead concentrate on the food and the water.

I know it is hard - loosing weight is about the numbers - but try your best - I know you will do it - you are an inspiration.

I agree with Lisa.  Don't get on that scale at home.  Well, I do it the morning of my official JC WI just so I can see where I am.

Anyway, keep up that great attitude and you'll be fine!

Hi Leighg, thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving me a comment! I hope your dog gets to feeling better soon. I know I have a hard time too when any of my animals get sick or have any kind of problems. I have 2 rescue dogs Scully (Jack Russell Mix) and Mulder (Heinz 57) LOL and I have 2 rescue cats, Precious, and Rascal. I'm wishing you a great week and I hope that all is well with your Lexi. Your weight loss is going great keep your chin up and stay focused, you can do it! If I can you can! You just can't give up. That's the secret. :o)
