Life Style Change
So I have been cheating myself and making a total fool of myself diet wise. I have decided to come out of the closet and get serious about my lifestyle changes. My short term goal is to lose 15 pounds by the time we leave for Disney on the 22nd of Aug. I don't think this is unreasonable. My long term goal is to do the McGuire's 5k in March of next year. So today I start the C25K. Start out slow and work my way up. I am also back on my counting of points. This is the most reasonable WL I can do without feeling like I'm on a diet. So now I just have to get my fatty bum in gear and stick with it!!!!
