Yesterday was not a good day. I had a headach that would not stop. I think I got over heated. I laid around the house all day. I did manage to eat 2 meals. i had lots of energy, but headach would not give. So energy went to waste.
I woke up this morning around 630 and i fell 100% better.
I've been on Phentermine for 1 1/2 months now...and I can tell you from experience that your headaches are probably a little bit of dehydration, and maybe you're not eating enough...try lean proteins and stay around 1200 calories/day and drink LOTS of water...it really helps.
