Yes, I called Jenny! Have YOU called Jenny yet?!

This will be quick - but yes, I did go back to Jenny yesterday.  Got all my food, and I'm ready to go this morning.  I'm excited again, feel good about it, and got a couple new foods I haven't tried yet! 

My weight is up, yes - 5 pounds, and that was my limit.  I know that will be gone by the end of the week, and not worried about it.  But that's the key - never let yourself go up more than 5 pounds before you "reign it in".  So back on program, and I'm ready now.  :)

My goal is 2 days of cardio - starting slow, and setting goals I know I can achieve; it will be a busy week, but don't want to over-set goals yet.  I'm nervous about my belly button getting caught on something, but they have bandaids for that lol. 

I have to get to work - but wanted to report it, and tell everyone to watch out, because Trish's back in town!!!!!

Hey!!!  So glad you're feeling better now and ready to take on the world!!!  I only maintained this past week.  Got to do better this time.  How about being my cheer-leader?

I've got to go now.  It's late and I've got to work tomorrow.  Love ya', Trish , and SO glad you're back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

One step at a time...

Trish, so glad that you are back on track. Yes, it is difficult...but, we CAN do it!  You are right, losing all the weight isn't going to change your entire life...but, it will make a positive change to your health...and that's more important than anything...cause if you neglect your health...you neglect your life!!  Not good!

So, we need to keep moving forward.  We may go through times of difficulty, low motivation, and loss the heart to exercise....but, we have to work through those times as well as we can.  We have to count on our friends and family to help us through....and your Jenny counselor!  Just remember Trish, we CAN do it.  Yes, WE CAN!  So hang in there, take one meal at a time....one day at a time.  Before you know it, you'll be at goal.
