Week 7 Weigh-in
So with the holiday weekend past -- who will be this week's inspiration? Certainly not me! Though I am using a new scale, so I am not sure of the accuracy, it is showig a 2 lbs. gain from last Monday. I'll find out for sure on Wednesday when I am able to weigh in on the regular WW scale, but I'm thinking it can;t be too far off.
Remember that next week is the final weigh-in! Have an awesome week this week and finish strong!!
I hope that everyone had a happy, healthy, and safe holiday weekend-- New Years is right around the corner!

Um, I couldn't get to WI today!
So, I guess I'm not reporting for this week, since I don't know if I'll actually get to a meeting before Friday. I do plan on going before our final WI though! I promise.
I don't have a scale at home: on purpose. I was a scale fanatic in the past, and I find it's better for me to simply work the program in all aspects, then I'm ruled more by the 8HGs & staying w/in pts than I am by a number on the scale.
However, on days like today, I REALLY wish I had one at home. I'm guessing that I'm probably up, but I think that all the time, so I dunno. If I can make a drive tomorrow to a different meeting, I'll let you know the result. Otherwise, I'm SO sorry, Red Team, but I guess I'll have to pass this week. (WAH!)

Ignore my post above. -2.4
DUH ME! I weighed in earlier this week (I seriously am beginning to believe someone gave me a lobotomy in my sleep.)
Results: -2.4 lbs this week, my weight is now 190.2. I don't know how much that is for the whole challenge. I hope you do
(poor me -- the lobotomy is really affecting me!)
So, we have one more by next Monday, yes? Jan 1 is the "final day?" Maybe I can eek out a couple more ounces, but this has been an AWESOME challenge that really kept me on track through the holidays, a time when I ALWAYS have given up. It also carried me through twice as long as ever on a weight loss plan & got me under 200! THANK YOU EP BL LADIES! You have helped me achieve something I've NEVER been able to do before. YAY!
Hope everyone's holidaze were OK, and I hope we can all get back to normal life after the New Year. When's our next challenge gonna start? (I hereby offer to help or host if anyone needs a break.)

Down to 215 even. Hope to have a more focused week now that Christmas and most of the bad food are gone.

DH stole my scale
I don't know what to do, can I pass? Should I just give myself a gain because I know I did, just not how much? Melissa, whatcha think? (Other than DH needs to be dropkicked ROFL)

I had managed to lose 2.9 lbs by 24th morning BUT the 2 days feasting have brought back 1.5 back...but i'm still 1.4 lbs less than last WI.

I am at 181.8...I think that is a 1 lb. gain.

Woo HOOOO!
Well, a little stomach flu during the holidays helps keep the weight down a bit. 159.5. Will try to keep the flu around a few days longer to help the red team! LOL! This has been a great challenge. Thanks for giving us a common goal.

Yep, the same.
Which is a good thing considering all the yuck I consumed. But next Monday's weigh-in with be strong!!! I know it! I feel it!

My scale is dead...
But I weighed myself at my MIL and it said another gain. I am 175 up again...so sorry girls I tried to make the right choices but the holidays have been a nightmare with the eating, everything is fried or full of salt. Waaaa
. Sorry to disappoint the blue team.

NO, NO, NO!
Well, it was less that 1/2 pound but it was still a gain!

It said, 219.8. I think I will perhaps do better. I have too. Even though I have now started my seasonal pt job once again, and againl all I do is sit! But at least I am not at home watching tv and munching. But it does cause me to go home at night and look fir things to eat before going to bed. I dont have time to cook. Guess I could stock up on frozen dinners. So we shall see! -J

Not sure if you're OK or just really busy. Hope you're just REALLY busy & otherwise all is well. I'm ready to post my final stats, but I didn't know if we got bumped to today (Tues) b/c yesterday was NY Day & lotsa centers were prolly closed.

Final weight - 178
Wasn't that great an overall loss and certainly not the 12 pounds I was hoping for, but I LOST over the holidays and that''s a BIG DEAL for me!!! Thanks for everything Melissa! I'm doing the DHNBC 07 & PO's BLC, so if you're starting up a new challenge, I am IN!!!!

FINAL WI -- more than double my goal!
Sorry, I dunno how often I'll be able to check back, so here's my stats:
START weight: 211.2
Goal: lose 11 lbs.
FINAL WEIGHT (as of Friday - couldn't WI Mon): 188.4
TOTAL loss = 22.8 lbs -- meaning I doubled my goal plus a bit. Not sure how, but miracles can happen, apparently.
NOW -- I need ANOTHER BL challenge ASAP, b/c I'm hitting self-sabotage like crazy.
I hope everyone else got as much inspiration & friendship from this challenge as me.
And GO RED TEAM for the final time
