Yep, I stayed the same... 152. Which is actually a great thing considering all that I ate last week, plus the weight is coming off soooooo slowly now that I am at the end. I expect better things this week.

It's not because I lost but I maintained. Still 219, despite the long weekend previously and then last week being a slug and not doing very much at all! I HATE Winter!  -J

I had lost 1.1 lbs and made it to the 140's, but i gained it back during the weekend,,,,so i'm still the same as last WI

I am up 1.5 to 162. I was on vacation for the last week to see my dh graduate bootcamp. And while it was wonderful to spend the weekend with him (after not seeing him for over 2 months!), he is baaaad for my diet!

My dh was blessed with a very high metabolism, and he looooves ice cream! He is always eating dessert and other bad foods, and still manages to stay at 175 (he is 6'2"). He is a runner, so he needs lots of calories.

Unfortunately, I just can't say no to him! I managed to lose over 20 lbs while he was gone, but I am already suffering from his bad influence. We spent the entire weekend eating under old habits (ice cream, pizza, fudge, etc). Plus, I couldn't exercise (except for the massive amounts of walking).

But, I vow to figure out a way to say no to him! I will start back on my exercise routine and diet tomorrow. I WILL reach my goal!!

Wish it was better

Down 1 lb. this week....need to get back to exercising and less eating...but at least it's a loss considering the holiday in there!!!!  Keep up the good work guys!!!!

RED: I passed my challenge goal!

I now just barely live in ONEDERLAND at 199.2. Meaning...

minus 3.6 for a total of 12 lbs gone!

AND LOOK ABOVE AT MY BLUE PARTNER! She ROCKED the week!

My goal was 11 lbs, but I'm all swollen again & can't see the cardiologist until late next week so that could kill two WIs easily! Argh.

I thought my BL goal was quite sensible given the holidays & the fact that I've been losing since August fairly steadily.

Should I change the goal? I was thinking of waiting a bit given my health seems to be acting up & they're apparently changing the WW program.

Maybe Dec is a month to hold on & see how hard it is? I've been losing since August, so the big drops are probably all gone now

Anyone want to weigh in on my dilemna?

Delivered Food is too easy

I'm up to 223 from last week.  Not working out (while adjusting to everything) and the fact that you can have ANY delivered has make it real easy to sit on the couch.  Better luck next week.
