A little off track
Well today has been a little odd. My workout partner texted me this morning to cancel todays workout. Which meant I was on my own! So I ran for a bit and then opted to just do some dancing cardio (my favorite way to workout). I'm proud that I stuck with it and didn't just say “ehh.. i'll workout tomorrow”! But I'm still going to have to do double tomorrow to stay on track! I still havn't eatten today because I need to go shopping! So I'm off to go do just that! Tomorrow.. back on track!
