Yay day one done!!
So day one was definatly a sucess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a late start though ( heh.. I woke up at noon .. mainly because I was up till 4 am the night prior discovering this site and making my weight loss plan). But I definatly made up for it by doing dance areobics for 40 minutes (its been awhile since i've gotten any excersise), which was atually alot of fun.. the last five minutes was tuff but i pulled through!! Then I headed off to work for an 8 hour shift (i'm a barista.. so its an on my feet kind of job). I purpously did the more rigurous closing duties .. heh!! Plus I stuck to my meal plan and i've had 10 cups of water... I measured.. i never do that!! Ahh I'm so excited!!
I also passed up a chocolate doughnut at work.. and I avoid coffee drinks (oh... that was tuff..!!! ) !!
So I hope I'm just as sucessful in the days to come!
