Drink more Milk!

So today is the first day of my "new" eating healthier diet, no, lifestyle change.  Goal is to eat more fiber based cereal [mainly bran flakes], milk products [at least 3 times a day], and fruit.

I went to the grocery store yesterday and bought...

  • fat free milk
  • light and fit yogurt with splenda not aspartame
  • bran flakes
  • apples, oranges, and bananas
Today for breakfast I ate...
  • 3/4 c. bran flakes,
  • 1 c. fat free milk,
  • 1 banana,
  • 1 splenda packet [to sweeten the deal], and
  • 1/2 c. of OJ
I took my green tea capsule, vitamin C, and chromium before I ate so that it would dissolve with food.

Now all I have to do is get back on the excersise wagon and I'll be good to go for the last 15 lbs.
