im starting this blog to keep track of my weight loss. im not significantly over weight, maybe 20 pounds or so, but this isnt the first time. i used to weigh upwards of 250 and i hated everything about it. I lost about 90 pounds and was loving life, until i hit college. My dieting habits flew out the window and before i knew it i was up about 20 pounds and realizing that my clothes fit very uncomfortably and i hated showing off my body around my friends. this needs to change. Im getting in shape. i know i can do it.
