A little discouraged
I felt like I had a somewhat decent week, but I only lost 1 pound this week. However, I was stressing all week and I didn't drink much water at all and I can tell my body is retaining it.
I have a long weekend - don't go back to work until Wednesday. I've got to get back to the gym this week, but that probably won't happen until atleast Tuesday because my husband works all weekend.
I have been feeling a bit depressed too. Don't want to do anything but sleep (but then when it's time to sleep, I can't so then I'm tired all the time.), etc. I honestly just want to stay in bed all weekend, but luckily my boys won't have ANY of that! :-)
Searching for that motivation I had just last week. I need help finding it!

I'm sorry
I have had a week like that, I am absolutely exhausted and tired all the time and doze off just sitting in a chair at work, I get to bed at night and I toss and turn all night because the stress/worry wont let my brain rest....which in return doesnt help the being tired all the time... ugh. I lost some weight but I'm to the point of being scared to death to eat anything for fear of gaining even a pound back so I am now starving!! I just dont know why my hormones are so wacky. I'm here to listen if you need someone to talk to!! We can do this, we just need to communicate with others that understand where we're coming for to keep us motivated. Have a great day. I get on during the day so if you need an ear I'm here.

One pound is good!
It means you consistently reduced your calories by 500 a day for an entire week! That is an accomplishment!
I'm worried about your stress level, though. That is what is exhausting you! Find a way to get more movement into your day, especially if you can do it for just ten minutes several times a day. Take a couple of quick walks, or do the stairs for ten minutes, or even just run inplace for a minute.
It will relieve stress, suppress your appetite, stimulate your metabolism, and re-energize you. Not to mention burn a few more calories. You can do this!

Keep your chin up! :)
No happy stuff in me to brighten your day today, but I am really feeling for you and hope you can do something to boost your spirits. Are you eating well? Your stressed-out body needs a lot of nutrition!
Are your kids going to be in school any of your days off? Getting out and doing something completely different can really side-step a bad mood. Going to a funny movie sometimes works for me. I was going to say finding sunshine is important, but I suppose that less of a problem in TX than it is in Mich!
I might have more to suggest if I weren't feeling depressed, too. I'll check in on you tomorrow. I hope you feel better!!!

Have faith
Hello
I'm Lou and I'm fairly new here. I read your entry and some of the ones before and I must say it sounds to me like you are doing really well. We all have those day and weeks where it doesn't seem like it is going well but that is only natural and I am sure you will balance those feeling out this week. Monday - a fresh start for all of us! Try a new recipe, dance as you do your housework - every little helps!
You are doing great!
Lou xx
