Well... we went to our 28 week scan and consultant appointment today...
Baby is looking perfect.
I am a bit anaemic so need to get more iron. Hmmm, not easy when you're vegetarian. Cue lots of Spinach & Cornflakes lol.
We are no further on as far as the birth plan goes. They aren't sure if I can do it naturally due to my health issues, but equally they aren't sure if I can have a caesarian section due to my health issues. Catch 22 lol.
I hope they make a decision soon, otherwise we'll need to call on Harry Potter to magic the baby out, I think...!!
I need to see the anaethatist so they can go through my history & discuss options to come up with the safest option.
Hope they make that appointment soon - I have less than 12 weeks until my due date and a horrible feeling I'm going to go into labour early. (I don't know why, but I have a feeling I will)...!!
So that... in a nutshell is my news.
The scales are still going upwards, but that's ti be expected too LOL!!
The baby has a name now too..... Sam Bailey. (He's a he remember)!!
Here he is.... today's scan photo....
(Head & shoulders shot lol).
Catch you's later xx

Great news that the baby boy is perfect. enjoy your pregnancy and let the specialist decide the safer options for you and the baby. Thinking positive and healthy have a great day
I love that name! Wanted to use it or Samantha for all my kids and was not allowed to!
I hope you get some news soon, on how you will deliver!
Hugs and kisses to you all!
I'm new to your blog! What a change you made! That's awesome!
I see you went through the same thing I went through about a month ago (blighted ovum) but I see you're on your way to having a healthy baby boy! Congrats! I already have one girl, 3 1/2 years old, but we're trying for #2.
I am glad to hear things are going well for you. You may want to try "Floradix" - it´s a drink made of veggies and herbs and really good for iron. Plus doesn´t give you the troubles tablets will :)
