Today's the day I've began my change of lifestyle! I weighed in with our biggest loser competition at work at 11:30 today, had a healthy lunch and snack, then after work I went to the gym to work out for 40 minutes. I spent 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 on the stationary bike!
Today is the day I start my journey to a better life, better healthy and better times!!
I have made it a mission of mine to lose the weight I need to, to live a healthy life! I will start 2009 with a challenge in my life, at work they are having a Biggest Loser competition! This will help keep my focus because the person that loses the most percentage of their weight will be declared the winner with a monetary award!!
This WILL be my year to get fit and healthy!
