Discouraged.

My weight keeps creeping up... And it's stressing me out -- to the point where I don't want to do anything because I feel like it's going to be a waste of time. But I know that I really don't want that.. I'm losing hope and motivation. And I've been having a lot of stress from friends and my own personal issues that nothing seems to be interesting. I wish the gym wasn't so far away. And I wish I wasn't always so freakin' tired.

Stop.  Breathe.  Relax.
 
I have gained 10-15 lbs this year so I totally understand what you are going through and maybe how you feel.  But, you can't just stop doing anything or it will get worse.
 
Take an assessment and see where things stand and what you need to change and start small.  One day at a time.

Take a moment and focus on YOU and your happeness. I know sometimes that our personal lives and issues can get the best of us. But you have to keep reminding yourself you are here for a reason and a purpose! You CAN and WILL loose the weight and conquer all ailments in your life! We are here to motivate you! Don't quit..
