Before After

2 years!

So today is my two year mark.  I have not blogged since my 18mos because I have nothing new to report.  I am still at plateau.  I have also been really stressed lately because I leave for Las Vegas in a week to take my NSCA certification test.  I am really nervous.  The test is supposed to be really hard.  It is three hours with about 150 questions and decides my entire future.  If I don't get 70% or more I don't get my certification and I have to take the test again.  It is a $300 test!  I think that all the stress is making everything worse.  I have been training like a mad man, trying to study, working full time, trying to get my internship hours in and I am hungry all the time.  Also I have to give a five minute presentation in front of everyone at the bootcamp.  I hate talking in front of a large group of people.  I think everything will work out O.K. but I will just be glad when it is all over and I can concentrate on getting back on track.  150 down 50 to go!  Not too bad for two years I guess!  Thanks for listening to me rant.  It did make me feel better and appreciate how far I have come.  Blog at you later!

Maintaining all this time is AMAZING.   I salute you!

You'll be fine!

I'm sure it will be one of those things that sounds more scary than it really is.  After it's over and you have passed the test you will look back on it and wonder why you were so stressed out!  You've lost 150 pounds- that's a whole person- off of your body.  I know you can lose the rest.  But even if you don't, you still look terrific!
