improvement?
My weight is doing that stupid thing again. My body just does not want to leave the 190's. It is very frustrating. However, I am getting stronger every day. My teacher said that He noticed that I was gaining more muscle definition and that is awesome. All of my exercises are getting easier and I have been able to bump up the weight. I can't quite keep up with the guys in my class and I still can't do a real push up, but I am getting better. I am trying to do more and more elevated push ups every day until I get strong enough to do a real one. Well, I have rambled long enough. Hope everyone is doing well with everything.
