First post! BAD diet day! (Tuesday)

Woo! Today was a very bad diet day.. and I blame it on working from a client's office.

So far I have drank/eaten (and it is nearly 5pm):

- orange juice
- multiseed bagel with light cream cheese (about 300 cal)
- Waitrose blueberry muffin (about 250 cal)
- Mango fruit box
- Tuna and cucumber half baguette (about 200 cal)
- coffee with skimmed milk and brown sugar cube

A healthy dinner/exercise looks unlikely and more calories to come.. as I am out for work drinks with clients.
