New UPDATE
so...as you can see...the flatbellydiet thingy was NOT for me
too often i look for a quick fix
and well starving myself and limiting myself to only certain foods
is simply not good....
ugh....
lol but, i'm back...and not going anywhere
i know that accoutability is very important in my success in weightloss and getting healhy...
i have worked out every day this week for 30 min or more :)

I love the music on your blog!
I ate chocolate cheesecake last week. I still lost weight!! I ate about 20 chocolate chip cookies on Thanksgiving and still lost weight. (How I don't know but.....)
I've started telling people who do the quick fix thing - "Come to the dark side, we have cookies." I don't know where that saying comes from, but ....well, welcome to the dark side!!

and yes the dark side feels better
as a matter of fact,
i'm quite proud, i made my family peanut butter fudge, i had a piece...i can't remember the last time i sat, had a piece and was quite ok with it :)
