HEY FRIENDS
Well like every other thing, i did not stick to calories or eating right and healthy for the past 2 days, i have all intentions of changing that tomorrow morning though :)
and getting back to my workouts.
any advice?

How about setting up mini weekly goals for yourself? Baby steps are great for reaching your goals =D
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I have been MIA and im back in action! I hope you had a wonderful Holiday and I hope this new year is a good and exciting year! All I can say is never give up and try to change one habit at a time. You can't change them all at once because then you get overwhelmed. You can do it and remember that you are stronger than any piece of food! Keep on going and think positive. Good luck and take care.
