Weigh In.
I had my first weigh in today (round 2 of WW) and I lost 5 pounds this week! Woo hoo! I like this new eating style. I feel so much better. I forgot what it's like to feel good!
I hope everyone is doing well also! One day at a time. Remember why you are doing this and what it will take to get to that goal.

Day 2
So far so good. I've been sticking to the plan. I also have been working out more so hopefully this works..and this time for good!! I can't get into this cycle again.
In other news, I got a job! My first "real" job. I'm excited. I can't wait to start but I still have some things to work out before that happens. I am finally a grown up. I can't believe I am saying that. It doesn't feel real at all.
Anyways I hope everyone is having a great Wednesday.

Back Again.
Well I've basically taken a long long break from blogging and subsequently from weight loss. So I gained back all the weight and then some. As usual. I don't know when I will stop this crazy pattern. I joined Weight Watchers again. Today is day one (attempt number 2).
Hopefully all will work this time around. I am done school, I don't have that stress anymore. I am in a good relationship for a change. I might have a new job so life is coming together. Now I need to focus on myself.
I hope everyone is doing well. It's a new day, a new start.

What a week.
This week was pretty good. I have been sticking to the eating plan and I feel great. I've also been going to the gym and on my runs because the next half marathon is coming quickly!
I think I met the man of my dreams today. However, let's not jinx this! He seems perfect on paper. I'm just waiting on him to give me a call. lol. I think he will though. Hopefully this one is better than the last guy!!

Weigh in
I got weighed in today at WW. I am not sure about their scales. They are really not that accurate. However, I did lose weight so it's all good. I was not the 156 pounds that I was the other day (however, I knew it wouldn't last long) but I am still happy with my weight.
I have a date tonight! I've already had one this past weekend. I am moving on quickly and I think (actually I know) it bothers the ex. Oh well, we aren't together so I am going to go out and have fun. I technically haven't seen him since Jan. anyways therefore I feel I don't need to "mourn" this relationship. Some of my friends are saying go for it, some are saying it's too soon. I don't know, I am just bored! haha. So I figure I will get a few free dinners and maybe meet some new friends. No harm in that.

Oh Man.
So this break up is not doing me any favours. I thought it was a "good" split, but apparently not. Needless to say I have had no appetite which before I would think would be fabulous, but I feel nauseous all the time too. I have dropped like 7 or 8 pounds in the last week and a half. I am not actually going to change my weight log though because I know once I start eating again that will go up! I am at my all time lowest weight ever as an adult (156 pounds) and I feel good, but I didn't think it would happen like this!!
I hope everyone is doing well and is healthy and happy. Happy St. Patty's day! Try not too drink too much green beer.

Not happy today.
I've had a terrible few days. I broke up with my bf of 4 years today. I am still a little emotional. I think it was the right decision but I am still questioning whether I did the right thing. I guess only time will tell. I am trying not to medicate myself with food. I went to the gym and did a bit of a run however I was just so drained I didn't go that far. I just want to feel better and it won't happen overnight.
Ok I am going to sleep. Hopefully I will be able to tonight!

Need some motivation.
Let me tell you, I am glad my race was last weekend because I am not even sure if I can get off my street today! I love Canadian winters. I need to go to the gym though. I am back on a half marathon training schedule again so I need to stick to it. 9 weeks till the next one! I thought I would never do one again, I'm nuts! The problem is just getting my butt out of the house and clearing the snow off the car, then off the driveway, then actually going...you catch my drift.
I was thinking of doing the Core plan at some point but I am not sure if I'd be able to stick to it. It seems like there are a lot of restrictions. I will try Flex for another couple of weeks and see how the weight loss goes. If I am still not losing a lot, Core plan it is!

Weigh in.
Had my weigh in today. I lost 0.8 pounds. Not great but not a gain either! I can maintain this lifestyle though which is what matters. I guess some weeks will be slower than others, as I have gathered from the WW meetings.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. I wish it would stop snowing here!! It's March already! Keep warm!

I thought I would never live through this week! It's just that time at school where everything is due! Ahh! I thought I would have a little break for a few days but it is not so. We have a new prof who decided to make our lives hell. Surprise Surprise! Oh well, only one more month of school, EVER! No more after this, I can't put myself through this kind of stress anymore.
So we are due for yet another snow storm. I wish spring would just get here! It really hinders everything. I can't get out of the house when it snows because we live on a side street and they don't clear our street when it first starts.
The eating has been ok I guess. Not great as usual. I went to the gym last night so that was good. I am feeling better though. Tomorrow (if I can make it there) is a WW weigh in. I hope I lost!
