I found this site through my friend mommadeb, and thought it was a cool place. It'll be nice to keep all my weight loss and fitness stuff in one place. :)
I signed up at Tan and Tone America (I think they're only in Oklahoma) with Deb on April 19, and have lost over 6" so far! Including 2 from my waist, which I'm quite happy about.
I'm working on eating better, but I'm so picky it can be hard. I really want to be in better shape though, so it's worth it. I'm hypothyroid, so combine that with not having played soccer the past 6 years (when I'd played the previous 13!!), and going off to college, I've gained a total of 70 pounds in 5.5 years. I want to keep some of the weight, as I was too thin to being with, but my BMI is ungodly high, and I need to lower it. My cholesterol is high too, which is another reason to lose weight and get fit.
I have before pics taken in my bathing suit I bought, but it is one size too small, and I hate the pictures. They're great motivators though! I may post them, I may not. Depends. I'll try to keep up with everything here too! :)
