Before After

Size 18 to a size 8!

I am utterly proud of myself! I am down exactly 40 POUNDS and have gone from a size 18 to a size 8. SIZE EIGHT! I put on my ‘goal jeans‘ the other day and they were kind of snug. I thought that I had eaten a bit more than I thought I had over the weekend, then 3 hours later of wearing these jeans…. I was changing to go for my workout and looked at the tag. Size EIGHT baby! Size 8 Calvin Klein jeans that I haven’t been able to wear since 2006 after I lost all my weight from having my son. June 2010; size 18

Last weekend, February 26, 2011; size 8!

OH YEAH! OH YEAH! OH YEAH! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

My fitness coach would like me to be 115-125 pounds, but for 5ft 7in, that's entirely too small for my height.

I started out in June at 199.8 pounds. This morning.... 162.0! I set mini goals; I started out for every 5 pounds, I would reward myself with something like a new pair of workout pants or a workout top. Then I moved to every 10 pounds. I am currently in the normal range for my BMI, but I'd love to see myself at 150 pounds, so I have 2 pounds to get out of the 160's (2nd to my last goal), then 10 more pounds to be at 150. That's only 12 more pounds! I can do it! I WILL DO IT! Weight Watchers shows that for my height, my healthy range is 128 - 160. Hey, I'm almost there! I had my 2nd to last goal set for March 9th. I can totally lose 2 pounds by then! Not if ... when I lose 2 pounds, to get me in the 150's, I will be taking myself to get a mani & pedi to prep for a busy week of traveling! Ah heck, I think I'll buy myself a new outfit too! What is my reward for getting to 150, my final goal? I think that goal is the reward. I will have a check-up with my fitness coach and see what my overall numbers look like and if I am healthy at 150, I will maintain that weight, otherwise I will shoot for 10 more. Overall, I am pleased with myself! I've come a long way!

Persistence, motivation, dedication, and hard work DOES pays off. :yahoo:

If you are working to lose weight, don’t give up! You CAN do it!
