Day 11

I am certainly feeling lighter.  I had the afternoon of CD yesterday as it was my youngest's birthday party and I had no packs whilst the partyj and I was very hungry.  I had to have something to eat before I fell down, so I had some chicken nimbles and a small portion of marcroni cheese.  I hope I have not done much damage to this weeks loss.

I am going to try and increase my water intake as I am quite thirsty.

Is there anyone out there??
