21 days later
So I have been on my "diet" for 21 days and deviated slightly. I ran out of my appetite suppressant and had to improvise. LOL I did well though! I managed to continue to loose weight and found myself actually keeping a mental note of everything I put in my mouth. I was able to eat til I was satisfied and not overeat at all. Did not crave anything "strange" or unacceptable and felt good knowing I am being vigilant. Have restarted my drops today. Hopefully my last 6 lbs will come off by Mother's Day, which is my first "GOAL" of 20+ pounds.
I have a wedding in July and am hoping to loose not only the initial 20 lbs. but also an additional 15 lbs. by July 15th.
I now fit into my old clothes which are a whole size smaller and even they are a slightly loose.
Have promised myself NOT TO BUY ANYTHING new til I drop all the weight.
Being creative in the kitchen has become my new challenge. Eating the same thing everyday is a little boring to say the least. So staying within my parameters I create new twists to the same ol same ol.
