OMG!

Okay, so here I am, and it's 12:53am, And yesterday morning Jul 2, 2009,. well not morning,. more like afternoon, around 14 oclock, I got onto my mother's stationary bike and I rode for an hour!,. and I lost 200 something calories and I rode for about 16Km, Anyhow that wasn't too bad. I think I might do it again tomorrow but this time, while playing my N64 lol Multi task people multi task,. Anyhow, not even an hour ago. I was working out in my room, I do this every night before I go to bed, I find it helps me sleep better, I do crunches, and leg raises etc. It makes me feel great, and I can sleep off the pain, and wake up and I'm always energized to do something. Anyhow, It's my grandmother's birthday today and tonight, we're going to go for supper at a restaurant.*Crap* buffet. So I'm planning on eating very little or just working my ass of even harder that night! lol.

Anyhow, I'm puzzled... I feel okay about myself, but when I look in the mirror, I see fat, and other times I look in the mirror and I find I look even better then I did the night before. I think I need glasses. PLUS! can someone answer me this?? If you run, you don't just loose weight in one place, you loose weight everywhere. then why does it seem like I'm loosing weight everywhere except my thighs AND arms!!!! And,. I want BIGGER BOOBS! ... oh well, not going to happen. well maybe, I'm only 17 I still have time to grow right??

I love my lifestyle now!, I love working out and eating small portions. byebye
PS: sorry for all the spelling mistakes.

My Plan

Okay so, here's my plan. I'm going to drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eat saucer (small plate) sized meals, I will no longer eat after 20 oclock, and I won't eat desert (it's good, but it's unnessesary). Anyhow it's not really a diet,. I don't believe in diets. Because if you start calling it that. You'll never stick to it forever, It's my "change of lifestyle" I will also eat. small snacks between long distanced meals... hmmm,.

Exercise,.

Alright so,. I naturally love working out!,. give me the option elevator or stairs and I'll take the stairs. I've usually always been like that. especially when I lived on the 10th floor in the military basic training and we weren't alloud to use the elevators lol. Or we'd get charged...

Anyways, I'm going to bike, go up and downstairs, do the stationary bike, walk after super time. And you know what,. just before bed,... I've been doing this for a few days now,. I do ALOT of crunches. I do them until it burns, which is until I hit about 200, and then I do 100 while it burns. Then I do squats, lunges, leg raises. It's soo much fun and it makes you so tired before you go to bed,. it's great. I just need to remember to wake up and not procrastinate with my alarm.... I set it for 8 this morning, then I changed it to 9 when it went off. then I changed it to 10 when that one when off, and then I turned my alarm off, closed my eyes and woke up when it was 11:54 lol I know,.. it's bad,.but EH! I'm not eating while I sleep, and I'm lossing weight by tossing around Anyhow I gtg, byebye.

My past

Hi, I'm Ashley, and yes I'm only 17. I was born on August 30th 1991. And ever since I joined the military I've had nothing but bad luck.

1. I ended up being on a fitness program because I couldn't run fast enough. Now, I don't run, I sprint .
2. I went from 8pushups to 16pushups,..

Okay okay, the military gave me good luck until.

Jan 21st 2009, I was on the 6ft wall, my riffle slung on my back, and, I fell,. I fell on the riffle, and the riffle dislocated my left shoulder. And ever since then, my left arm can't stay in it's own socket, when I do a simple movement or raise my arm too high it pops out. So, I quit the military.

And ever since I joined the military I've done nothing but gain weight, 5am morning pt. we ran. gym, we did weight lifting, for pool we did laps. And,. I didn't lose 1 lbs, on the other hand I gained 20 lbs.

My mum and dad say it's muscle, and that "muscle weights more than fat",. but you can't tell me that the fat that hangs from my arms is muscle and that my stomach is muscle when it's not even flat. And you can't say my legs are all muscle when people comment on them being ham hocks. (pigs legs)

Anyhow, now you know a bit about me, and why I want to loose 40 lbs. and within weeks or months I'm hoping to loose the weight I want.
