Scale this AM
So I had a slight binge last night and got on the scale this AM. It said 304.6.
This is so much worse then I thought.
I am kind of going to take the attitude as I do with quitting smoking.
I quit smoking on January 2 of this year, and the way I keep passing on a cig is I say to myself, If I smoke this one I am making the decison to be a smoker again and I don't want that. So the way I will doing the food thing for now on, is when I want to binge, I will tell myself, if I have this one binge, I am making the decision to be fat. I don't want that.

You quit smoking!! You are doing great!! That is 5 months since a cig!!
I am sorry to hear about the binge, I hope today is a better day for you!!
Helpful hint-I set a big goal for myself of losses weight.But I also have set many small goals. Getting into the 100"s was one, then loses 20 pounds was the next. I keep setting new ones. My lastest is getting in 80 oz of water in a day. Or at least 30 minutes of exercise a day not matter what. It really seems to have kept me motivated!! Hope this helps!!

Think of positives!
Yay that you quit smoking! Think of that positive...Yea, you binged. but it could have been worse! Just look forward, dont look back. Keep pressing forward...today is a new day! You can do it!
