Getting There
Another pound down on WI last night. I'm quite pleased. I was expecting a gain or a maintain. I think the thing with the last few weeks is that there hasn't really been any routine. Now I'm back at work though, so I'm hoping we'll be able to get on plan properly again.
We're going to try and come up with our own "7day plan" so we know what we're eating every day, rather than leaving it until we're hungry and then trying to think, realising we haven't got the ingredients and ending up eating out or with a takeaway.
You'll notice I've changed my target from 8st 10lbs to 8st 9lbs. This is just a bit of an OCD thing, as if I go to 8st 9lbs, I've lost exactly 3 stone. If I go to 8st 10lbs, then its 2st 13lbs and that would drive me insane!
Anyway, I've told hubby that he should get an EP account and build up a support network and that might motivate him a bit. So he has set up his account, but hasn't blogged yet. When he does, go and motivate him. You can find him

on losing a pound - I know you weren't feeling confident! Way to go!
I agree about pre-planning your meals - I simply couldn't do this any other way as I would be tempted to eat out more if I hadn't the ingredients and fresh food in to cook with.
Glad your hubby has opened an EP account - will definitely be checking in on him! Great that you can support each other and do this together.

thanks for the post the other day.
i am not feeling to good today so wont bore you with bits and bobs.
good luck for the slimming world thats a great step forward and i think that you are great for doing it. i hate speaking in front of people, i have a months worth of presintations to give to court magistrates in march and i am dreading it.
