Before After

So..

... I lost a measley half a pound tonight. But I guess I should be pleased with that after Tuesday.

It's a big posh works do on Saturday with a preset menu that I don't get a choice in, but I'm not planning on drinking much even though there is an open bar. Tuesday night was enough to put me off!

I'm also starting to get a bit nervous and teary about my op. I really wish I hadn't told hubby not to take the day off coz I think I'm gonna need him there. But he doesn't get as much leave as me and I don't want him to waste it on waiting around all day.

so...

...its ok that you didnt lose much. a loss is a loss after all...

maybe your hubby can ask for some leeway at work and be with you before and after the op. i dunno how long it is or what its for so sorry if im giving wrong advice. x

hey...

...lots of good luck and hugs for your op. It's always frightening on the lead up but it needs to be done. I'm thinking of you. x

(((HUG))))

A loss is a loss. Nothing to fret over darling! I know how scared you must be about your op, but you know what you will be fine! It has to be done and think of how much better you will feel afterwards. You will be able to really work out and the rest of your pounds will just melt off!!!

CHIN UP!

Any loss is great! Don't worry about it!

You just have to start afresh with a positive attitude and of course "US" guys for encouragment.

I hope you have a fab night on Saturday - sounds great!

I know you must be getting nervouse about your operation but am sure once it is all over and done with you will know you have done the right thing and wondered what you were worrying about.

Have a great weekend - and chin up girl!

Yay!

1/2 a pound is half a pound less than last week!

I had a knee reconstruction 4 years ago. Best thing I ever did.  I lost 22lb just doing the rehab exercises!!  And of course my knee now works properly!!

You will be ok.
