Nobody said it was going to be easy

This Slimming World malarkey is actually really hard when you're away at a friends for the weekend. He went out and bought loads of stuff that was "healthy", but actually the combination of it didn't make it a green day or a red day, and when I worked out the syn value of some of the stuff, it was really high!  I think I'll get him to come to us next time. Then I can cook and I'll stick to plan!

thanks for your post!

its nice to hear someone else doing the slimming world diet, i'm thinkin gof joining a club, as it sounds quite good.  how are you finding it, it sounds a good idea you taking control on what you cook for the both of you!
