Weight Loss Cruise
As many of you know I work for the Cruise Lines and I have a degree in Travel and Tourism. I have always wanted to organize a Weight Loss Cruise and combine my passions of travel and weight loss together. I have joined with Carnival Cruise Lines and created Anchor-A-Weigh, a Cruise to Lose. I am so excited about the Cruise and have hired the best Nutritionist/Dietitian and Personal Trainers. I plan on having a short daily Weight Loss Seminar touching on different weight loss issues, group activities and fun workouts each day at sea. It will be filled with motivation, great tips and suggestions for a healthy cruise all while having a great time, as well as being with others that share and support your same goals. I would love to see some of you there. Please spread the word.

Dear Susan, I've just begun taking my phen and have great expectations. I absolutely love to travel and always have including Disney cruises when my children, now adults, were younger. I always participated in the adult activities while they did their age appropriate "things." I think this sounds fabulous! When and where and how much? I'd also like to "pick" at your travel agent ingenuity regarding "timeshare" point allotments that I have banked up to perhaps pool a few interested ladies for a girlfriends type gathering. There are tons of flexible exchanges I have access to. How might I incorporate a group of women about my age, children grown, settled part of my life with time and the reasonable ability to take off a week somewhere of our choosing. I'm also new to my community - husband retired and wanted to move to the GA mountains so here I am. I've had weight battles more than a few times and was most successful with WW but given my age, 49, my body and it's ability needed a bit of extra help. That's where the Phen came in when I spoke with my doctor. Your success is phanomenal! I am excited by this safe choice for making dieting a reasonable thing to do - medically sound for myself and many others so it seems. You are an inspiration - thanks for incorporating some travel fun possibilities as well. I'll E-mail you as well but hope that by responding to you I might discover others like us that want this to be such a positive part of our lives. Sincerely, a new friend, Lisa
