Yesterday I ran 10 miles just to see if I could do it...I could. I didn't get down to my goal weight before Ieft for vacation but I am still really proud of myself. I am going to keep it up when I get back too, Paul and I are thinking about doing a triathalon!

Susie, I know that everyone says "You are probably gaining muscle and muscle weighs more than fat!" And you always say like, yeah, yeah - whatever. But I seriously think that you may have hit that point. I mean that if you are running 10 miles a day and not losing any weight - you may not have any more to lose! You might be putting on muscle just as fast as you are taking off any fat you have left!
Whoa. Who would have ever thought we would be saying that to either of us? ;)
