Just don't get all obsessed about it. Have a designated day that you weigh in, and don't get on it until that day. Best of luck hon!

I use an MP3 player with upbeat songs (songs that make me want to move) without the music, I am not moving! I also went to prevention.com and downloaded 6 walking routines (same thing as cardio coach) There is a nice voice encouraging you to do interval training and the music keeps you at the right BPM.
I am so glad you liked the brussel sprouts! I love to cook! It is so rewarding to serve people food they enjoy eating especially when it is healthy!
