Good message!

Thank you for your comment, buddy!  We have similar planning and impulse eating challenges.  If I meal plan, shop, and carry food with me, I eat well.  When life gets busy and we are never home, it is hard to control what you can find to eat when you are hungry.

Do you have a time when you try to workout each day?

Today I have no plan.  I am helping a friend move, today is hectic.  Tomorrow's plan: Quiet Time & workout before 9am.

Awhhhh Bless your Heart!!  Thanks for checking in on me.  Doing much better today.  Going to walk on the treadmill today.  Great idea about the pool!  I have to look into something like that.

brussel sprouts

saute garlic and onions in veggie or chicken stock, when soft move to outside of pan, add brussel sprouts cut in half and leave until they are browned, then add enough stock to simmer, cover until soft.  Yummy!
