Before After

what do I do with this stuff?

If you fall down 10 times

Stand up 10 times.

Hey,  I hate coleslaw.  My DH bought a huge thing of chopped up cabbage like you'd use in coleslaw.  I used about 1/2 of it in a salad I make with Ramen noodles, nuts, olive oil & vinegar.    Any other ideas on what cabbage for slaw is good for?  I hope you can share before this stuff goes bad on me.  I hate to waste it.  Too bad I forgot to say "Don't get a huge thing at Sam's!"

No idea really..

I'm not big on coleslaw, but I like it mixed with baked beans- other than that, no idea! Sorry!

Sorry....

I got nuthin!  No ideas.  Sorry.  Thanks for the link to the granolas.

Rachel Ray recipe

Rachel Ray has a recipe for chicago style hot dogs with the buns that has cole slaw in it!  I haven't tried it but it looked good.  I tried to copy and paste but it wouldn't work.  Just go to the foodnetwork.com and search for beans and franks or chicago dogs

Ideas

You could add it to a stir fry.

Saute some onions (use chicken stock or white wine if you don't want to use oil) add thin sliced chicken, and the cabbage and any other veggies you like.  Season with salt, pepper and some Braggs Liquid Aminos (or just soy sauce)

You can also just saute the cabbage add some butter and Johnnys seasoning (so yummy)

If you like Mexican food, put your enchaladas over the cabbage, add cabbage to tacos, or make a salad using cabbage instead of lettuce and use salsa for dressing.
